Online directories: on Ancestry site

Surprised no one seems to have picked up that Ancestry noe have a selection of directories on line, certainly for subscribers, though not sure otherwise. At present Warwickshire ones are
1822 Pigot's Directory 1888 Kelly's Directory 1912 Kelly's Directory 1852 Slater's Directory of Birmingham 1892 Kelly's Directory of Birmingham 1915 Kelly's Directory of Birmingham 1862 Corporation Directory for Birmingham and its Environs 1897 Kelly's Directory of Birmingham 1940 Kelly's Directory 1879 Post Office Directory of Birmingham 1905 Kelly's Directory of Birmingham
and other counties are also available

I've been having a look at the directories this morning, but haven't found anyone connected to my family yet!! I haven't found it very easy to navigate - but perhaps it's just me !

Thanks for the info Mike - I had a quick look last night after reading your post and found out some interesting stuff about my rellies.
I knew from the census details that one of my rellies was a shopkeeper and had already looked on several directories for info on her. It hadn't occurred to me that the directory stuff would actually be in her husbands name - unless of course he was a gun maker during the day and a dairy man/shopkeeper at night
