old birthday postcards

while sorting through some of my moms possesions i have come across some 21st birthday postcards of my dads aunt dated 11.09.1931

her name was rose hatfield
she lived at no 1/26 springhill passage,springhill,birmingham

how do i find out who else lived at this address and the years they resided at this address

also found a 1953 cornation photo of a street party in mitcham grove which i will post asap
 
That's great. I put one of the coronation party on and Carl Chinn used it on the front cover of his December issue of Brumagem. Im off out soon but will sent a message to help with the photo's I only said I didn't know how to post photo's and had about six offers of help. All the best. Jean.
