Norman Leonard Massey, Is This A Business Address?

While researching my family tree I have found a reference to my uncle in the UK Midlands and Trade directories and wondered if the address given was a business address, and if so what kind of business. My uncles name was Norman Leonard Massey and the address given was 103 Osmaston Rd, Harbourne, the directory was for 1936,

Any help would be wonderful.

Looks like a semi detached house - Property details for 103 Osmaston Road, Harborne, Birmingham B17 0TH

Semi-detached, Freehold, 3 Beds, 1 Baths, 1 Receps

If you type the address in google maps, you can see a picture of it. Certainly looks like a normal semi.

He is listed there with an Olive Eveline Massey in 1935 Electoral Roll. Looking on Google maps, it is a semi detached house with garage
Then at 150 Reservoir Road Selly Oak in 1939
15 Selly Wick Road in 1950 and 1955

Thank you both, very helpful. It was it being listed in Uk business and trade directories made me think it might be a business, again thank you for your help.
