I'll have to find out where Mount Street was in the 1820's now'

In 1841 there was a Mount Street in the parish of St Pauls, it was a continuation of Newhall Street (it is now Newhall Street) starting at Lionel Street, crossing over Charlotte Street and ending at George Street.
