I have a Brian James Neal born 1934, father Ernest James Neal, mother Ivy Phyllis Neal nee Pannel. In the 1935 electoral roll they are living at 11 Robert Road, Handsworth Ward, Ernest's occupation is brush manufacturer
manager. Again if anyone can help much appreciated.
