Hello, looking for more family information on my great aunt Sarah Morris (nee Fellows) and her husband Clarence Albert Morris. Clarence was killed by a car in 1981 whilst on holiday in Brighton, I'm told. Sarah died in 1963.
They had many children, all before WW2: Clarence Albert, Dorothy, Eileen, John E (lost his life defending England during the war), Ernest J, Christopher H, Graham A, Sylvia A, and Brian M. The family lived in Ladywood, Erdington then Coventry. Any information from Morris family relatives is very much appreciated. Thanks, as always.

There's a death registered for a Clarence Charles Morris in Brighton in 1983, nothing in 1981. Clarence Albert's death appears to be registered in Coventry in 1980.

The Clarence Albert who died in Coventry in 1980 lived at 12 Charter Avenue Coventry. Not sure if that helps identify if it is the right one or not.

Thank you to both of you for taking time to look into this. Those are good clues; I will dig further. Thanks!

Hi Alberta, thank you for looking up this information. If only I had had an interest in family history years ago when more of my ancestors were alive. The questions I could have asked.

I think we all feel like that - I would love to ask my Grandad about his time in hospital after his WW1 injuries.
