Hi i am researching the Waters family of Birmingham and have a Fred Morgan in my family tree, born about 1889 in Warwickshire, married to Eva Waters in Solihull 1913 born 1889 in Birmingham I know you haven't mentioned Waters as a marriage contact, but who knows.
 
I have two Morgans on my tree.Martha born 1838 who married John Stenson and Edward John Morgan a hairdresser who married Ada Selley.Any chance they might be yours?
