Moor Park Road, Northfield, B31 1930s and 40s

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone could tell me the history surrounding the area of Moorpark Road, Northfield, Birmingham (specifically around the time of WW2). My Grandmother lived on this road around 1939 and I often heard her talk of her road and others nearby being bombed during the war, and I wanted to know more about this. I was also wondering how I would go about finding when a particular house on this road was built? As I wanted to know if the house that is there today is actually the house she grew up in (but as a novice to this kind of research I have no idea about where to source such info).

Thanks in advance
