A cabinet card which, unusually, names the subject as Charles Henry Milward. Not sure if the middle name is Henry, but that's how it's listed.

Charles Disney Milward. Born 1891 Lickey (Hills?), son of Charles Frederick and Emily Constantia. He was the managing director of a needle manufacturing company, she was born in Cape Colony.

Charles travelled extensively to N America.
 
Edmund Baker was a photographer there in directories from about 1876 to . But the numbering changed between 1882 and 1883, and it was only 82 from 1883, an they moved to no 154 Bristol St between the 1896 and 1897 directories. an have disappeared by 1899.
