Mill Lane, Saltley/Aston

I asked in another thread whether anybody knew of a Mill Lane and some of you were kind enough to reply that a Mill Lane still exists in Digbeth, Birmingham. However, I think this is the wrong Mill Lane. In the 1891 English Census, my Great Grandfather, a Railway Carriage Maker, is listed as living at 15 Mill Lane in the Ecclesiastical Parish of Saltley in the Civil Parish of Aston, Warwickshire. Surely the Mill Lane in Digbeth would have come under different ecclesiastical and civil parishes. I've scoured just about every old map of Saltley/Aston I can get my hands on but to no avail, so any pointers from you cartographers extraordinaire would, as ever, be greatly appreciated.

It is here on this map, off Alum Rock Rd and is now called Crawford st.
