i grew up in washwood heath i rememember ward end park and learnt to skate on rollerskates on fox and goose car park, we have improved our lot and drove down sladefield rd in our new car we were stoned, boulders were threwn at it i am devastated

Hello, Margaret. Sad isn't it? Sign of the times, I'm afraid. And I mean AFRAID! What do my kids have to look forward to? Violence and death. Not nice. Where did the community spirit go? The nicely mown lawns, the clipped hedges. 'Good morning' to a stranger? Say it today, and they'll likely as not think your up to something! Oh, for the old days and people who cared about something more than themselves.
