Would anyone have some information regarding my husbands Grandmother Honor Massey.(1888-1952) Staffordshire .I cant seem to find her mother & fathers details for some reason, unless i have over looked them. I would like to know if she had any siblings. I would be grateful for any help offered. I know she married William Barnett 1912. I realize that is not much to go on but that is the only info i have.

Re: Honor Massey.

The 1891 census shows Honor with her parents:

Thomas born about 1859, Lower Gornal: Labourer
Mary H born abt 1860
Mary B abt 1884
Thomas abt 1887
Honor abt 1889

all born in Lower Gornal

There are three people on Ancestry with this line in their family tree. Do you have access?

A further 4 children are shown in 1901.
All living at 17, West Street, Sedgley
William Massey, Son aged 10 born 1891 Lower Gornal,
Isaac Massey, Son aged 8 born 1893 Lower Gornal
Anne Massey, Daughter aged 5 born 1896 Lower Gornal
John Massey, Son aged 2 born 1899 Lower Gornal

By 1911, Honor's parents have moved to 22 Abbey Road Lower Gornal and daughter Mary Ann has married John Briscoe. They are living at the same address with their 3 young children.
Anne,Isaac and William Massey are also still with parents.
There is a possible death of John Massey aged 3 in September 1901.
