Can anyone give me any details of a marriage at St Martins in 1806 between John Ingram and Hannah Edwards? I am trying to link them to my ancestors. Thank you - Frazer

the only bit extra is that they were bachelor and spinster and witness was william corbett

That's interesting Shera. I looked on the DVD and the page I looked at just had a list of the marriages.....
Are we looking at different things?

i dont know les, ive got the full cds from st. martins and one section is baptisms/marriages/deaths. on this section there are only names and dates, but theres also the separate section of marriages and these have a type of marriage certificate, not with fathers names or occupations, but it does say if they are of this parish, bachelor/spinster, and their signatures and the signatures of witnesses.

Ah, that would explain it - I was in the combined section.... Thanks for tipping me off that they offer different formats
