Could some kind soul look up a wedding on 2nd June 1823 between John Taylor, pipemaker, and Elisabeth Corns?

Would it give Johns father's name?

thank you

Peter

Hello Peter I am sorry fathers names did not appear on early marriage records. The only extra information is John was from the parish of St Martins and Elizabeth Corns was from the parish of Oldswinford. The witnesses were W. J. Millington and Elizabeth Powell.

Wendy,

Amongst your collection of CDs would you have the burial of Thomas Taylor, pipemaker, bap 1758 in Broseley, Salop or his wife Jane? His son William lived in Allison Street in 1822 and they moved from Broseley after 1800.

Peter you would have to give me an idea of the date of death, with a name like Taylor it would take me a few hours to search.

Wendy,

I really don't know when he died but there was a Thomas Taylor pipemaker advertising up to 1831. If I assume that was him that would make him 73 in 1831. I guess that's a good place to start - would the burial record give the age?????

Peter

I am sorry there are hundreds of Taylors from that date on! too much for me to search at the moment.
