Marriage Lookup Please: Appleby/Donnell

skylark

Proud to be a Brummie !!
I wonder if someone would be kind enough to look for this marriage please :

05/10/1835 St Martins

Ann Appleby & Joseph Donnell

All info will be appreciated.

Margaret.

joseph donnell of liverpool in the county of lancaster bachelor and ann appleby of this parish spinster married by licence in this church 5th oct 1835

they both signed their names as did the witnesses who were matilda simons , eliza appleby and henry simons.

i had a look for ann appleby baptism.

on 17 feb 1814 these two children were baptised at st. martins, and both were born 21 jan 1814

ann appleby and ezra appleby (now i realise that the eliza appleby witness was actually ezra appleby)

their parents were ezra and ann appleby of buck street and fathers occupation was locksmith

and the parents marriage was also at st. martins on 26th april 1802 - ezra appleby and ann edwards

both of this parish and bachelor and spinster . they both signed their names as did witnesses hannah hodgson and william taylor

Brilliant ! Not only the marriage details but the baptism details of the Bride as well... this info is really a great help to me.

Very many thanks,
Margaret.

Hello Margaret - not sure if we've been in touch before? I suspect not. I am Joseph and Ann's G-G-G-Grandson. What's your connection?
Regards,
Lee
