Would anyone be good enough to look up the full details for this marriage-
John Mear to Sarah Hadley on 8th April 1746 at St Martins, Birmingham. Many thanks in advance.

im afraid at those early dates that is all that is recorded! the only thing i would add is that it is john mears not mear and sarahs surname is written as haddley.

hi chris steel
there was a hadley family connected to a george jaratt and his family from aston
as i recall from the forties they lived at number 2 cromell terrace lichfield aston birmingam 6
they was there until about the late sixtys i cannot recall theifes first name but the sons was georgie and raymond
and i beleive the hadley was connected to the mother of hadleysand id i recall one of the hadleys had ginger hair
and they kept a big brown dog which was a light brown in colour and i would have said ginger myself and one day it bit my back side
have a nice day and i hope some one can help further on this mfor you best wishes a astonion

Many thanks Shera for that - disappointing as the trail now stops here - had hoped there might be some reference to parents.

Thanks for that but i am after the Mear half and they both moved to Derbyshire before 1770.
