I have a few events which I would appreciate any help with

John BAKER, christened in St Martin's in 1803

Marriage of John BAKER and Hannah at St Martin's in 1823

And, the birth and christening of Josiah Peter BAKER, in 1821 or 1822. I believe him to be the son of the aforementioned John and Hannah, although born prior to their marriage.

Can anyone help me with any of these?

Many thanks in advance

Matt Baker

the christening is john son of john and mary baker on 26 dec 1803 (no other info)

cant find the marriage you mention in 1823 but in 1817 theres this one. 31st dec 1817 john baker to hannah pugh, bachelor and spinster.

christening is josiah son of john and hannah baker born 29 june 1821 chr. 4 sep 1822 . milk street. wire drawer

Wow - thanks. What an amazingly quick reply.

The Christening of Josiah is perfect, and the extra information is great.

The marriage in 1817 sounds promising, but would be too early if ages in the censuses are even approximately correct. But still, well worth bearing in mind.

So - baby steps forward!

Cheers
