Birmingham maps for 1879 & 1920 are available as well as other locations. I have not used this supplier myself, but may do in the future.

These are only A4 size printed on inkjet paper, not good value in my book.
alangodfreymaps.co.uk is the one I use, full size maps on quality paper and same price.
