Anyone out there researching LYNDON. I am looking for the marriage of William Lyndon to Charlotte Hands about 1846/1849 most likely in the Aston area. Charlotte lived in Blews Street. I have tried every possible avenue with no luck. Can anyone help please.

their oldest son william was 7 in 1851 so wouldnt that put their marriage earlier than you said?
 
Hi medion I am [or was] a Lyndon from Holte road Aston. If you have Carl Chinns Brummagem magazine there was a four page article on my family. My cousin is researching my moms side the Taplins but I must begin with my dads side. Alberta was kind enough to find dates for me and so was Barry. All the very best with your search. Jean.
 
William Henry lyndon was born 10th november 1844 baptised
St Phillips 2nd December 1844 parents William and charlotte
Thomas Lyndon born 12th march 1851 baptised Aston Juxta birmingham
30th March 1851 parents william and charlotte
Joseph Lyndon born 29th june 1855
baptised Aston 5th August 1855
died 30th september 1855 parents William and Charlotte.
These are all extracted from the parish records.
I have searched Ancestry back from 1844 to 1837 and can find no marriage and IGI does not list one before 1837.
 
Thomas Lyndon was my Great grandfather, but the wedding of William and Charlotte cannot be found anywhere.
 
I'm wondering if we are related as I have a death certificate for a Thomas Lyndon. The original. Will sort it out with the dates etc. Jean.

If you let me know your Dads fathers name I can see if there is any connect. Lyndon is not a very common name so we may be in luck.
 
My G Grandfather was William Henry Lyndon (Lindon) who married Rose Barnett (Barnard) in 1866. Is it possible that this is the same William Henry born 1844?
 
I think there are two Lyndon families up and running at the moment?. Will go and sort the other out. Jean.
