Are these is the St Martins records?
Their parents were married here, so its a bit of a longshot, but dont have the info on the actual church they were christened in:

sorry they are not at st. martins. found the christenings on family search and they were at smethwick staffs - parents abraham and hannah betts
 
I can find a Mary Ann Betts born 14 Jan 1811 and christened 26 Aug 1816 in St. Martins parents are Thomas and Jane Betts could this be the family
 
john bev - maybe related somehow, but not this one as the ones Shera mentioned are the ones im after
