Loake shoe repairs, 1920's-1930's

Hi, after looking into my partners family history we have found her Great Parents. They were Arthur Loake 1871-1939 and Amelia Loake(née Andrews) 1867-1933.
We understand they moved to Park Lane, Aston sometime in 1922. Arthur was a shoe repair man whose business was in his front room and the back garden of the house backed onto the HP Sauce factory.
Any photos, or other information of the family, maps of the area at that time or other information would be much appreciated.

They are listed on the 1920 e roll at 266 Park Lane. Also still there in 1927 - only certain years are on Ancestry.

They are listed in the electoral rolls for 1920, with Walter Henry Loake at 266 Park lane, so a little earlier than you thought. Below are maps from c1950 ( when the house was still there) and c1917 , showing no 266
