Lewis Arthur Charles and Daisy Lewis

Felix

Brummie babby
Hi

I am trying to link with anyone who knows what happened to Arthur Charles Lewis or his half sister Daisy Lewis. He was my Uncle Charlie born 1907(younger brother to my Grandfather Albert). I believe that he was born at Nansen Lodge, Nansen Road, Saltley. I think he married a lady called Hilda and had a son called John and a daughter. I have photos of Uncle Charlie and Daisy.

Any help would be appreciated.

Re: Arthur Charles Lewis and Daisy Lewis

Hi,

Residents over the age of 21 years who were living -
at 76 Bridge Road , Saltly in 1935.

Robert Thomas Lewis
Arthur Charles Lewis
Ernest Ludlow.

Arthur would be age 28 in 1935, either he has not married yet , or his bride is under 21 years of age .

Re: Arthur Charles Lewis and Daisy Lewis

Hi Felix,

Info is from the Birmingham Electoral Register.
But I am unable to find him after 1935 under the name -
Arthur Charles Lewis.
So I am trying Arthur Lewis and Charles Lewis.
But there is so many of them :)

Re: Arthur Charles Lewis and Daisy Lewis

Hi Bo

Thank you so much for looking up all that information, you have spurred me on and I will order the marriage certificate with Thomas Lester if I do not manage to get any links from that name by adding it to my genes reunited and ancestry trees.

Daisy was my grandfather's favourite half sister but all I have is a photo of her. I was going to insert the photo to this message but I could not paste it so I have tried to attach it with the virtual paperclip. I hope it works.

Best wishes

Felix

I did not manage to attach it that time so I am trying again.

This is a photo of Arthur Charles Lewis, my uncle Charlie brother to Albert. I would love to contact any living relations from this Lewis line.
