Just joined up here as I have been trying to chase down some details of my Grandparents house in Leonard St off Bacchus Rd, where Bacchus Rd Park is now. The bottom of the garden was the playground wall of Benson Rd School, off Berry St.
I was trying to remember when they were moved out and the houses were demolished, I know it was after 1975 and before 1980, and I really should remember but I can't. I've tried to find when the park was opened, but no luck. Anybody know?
