Latimer Street - different address?

knowlegable brummie
Burial records for relative in 1931 was 7 Back 23 Latimer Street, death certificate for one also expressed as 7 back 23 Latimer Street, the 1921 census records address of 7/23. The 1925 electoral register however, slap in the middle of these other data points, lists them (Shayler) at 23 then 7 court 5. I assume these are different ways of writing the same address?
In 1916 in military papers give an address of 5 Court Highbury Place Latimer Street. Where was Highbury Place on Latimer Street? Was this, too, another way again of describing the court below?
The family were also in Trafalgar Court in the mid 1900s, but I am trying too understand whether in 1916 they were already living in what would be their final home, or whether Highbury Place is entirely separate from the '23' address listed in 1921, 25 and 31.
thank you!!!

7/23 and 7 court 5 are the same address. Court 5 is behind no.23 (24 &25).

Can't say about Highbury Place, there are 1 or 2 'Place' listed on 1950 map but not Highbury. Some courts did have names at times only to revert back to Court.
