g.g jean.. I have so enjoyed looking at your photos from the Monitor..I have spotted a couple of people I new in Kynoch Press..I used to have to read the Monitor ..cover to cover.. when I worked in the Reading Room there.
I also worked with Mr Worth. in the photography section for a while

I am so glad you all enjoyed looking through the photo's. I have another to put on later of mom and I want you to put your thinking caps on as I can't put a name to the gentleman doing the presentaion.

Hi Miriam.. the name does sound familier,,, what years did he work there, and what did he do? Better still do you have a photo..
 
Hello Issabel. Alan would have worked for a Mr. Pace doing "two colourered job" - what ever they werer possible in 1953/54. Will try to send a picture.

My nephew also was there for a time - Harry Hemus. possible 1960.

Yes I do remember Mr. Pace. I was there from 1958 until 1967.. I cannot remember a Harry Hemis though.
 
Kynoch Press, Lion Works advert in 1924 - in 1926 it became part of ICI.
