I went to Kings Heath Tech. as well between 1964 and 1970. My brother, Brian Moore, was two years older than me and started at the school while it was still being built. I think my brother was in the same class as Martin Ring (shown in the very first posting). I knew Martin as we were both members of the 26th Birmingham Boys Brigade at Acocks Green Methodist Church. My forms and form masters were:-

1964 Form 1D A A Hughes
1965 Form 2E B R Merris
1966 Form 3E B R Merris
1967 Form 4N R F Dudgeon
1968 Form 5N R F Dudgeon
1969 Form 6D W B Richardson
1970 Form 6D W B Richardson

This is a copy of the heading to our school reports:-

I remember Kim Pugh. A year or two above me, I think.
He and I were both interested in motor scooters back then. He had a younger brother Dean. They lived in the same street as comedian Tony Hancock!
Being a boys' school there was a lot of bullying, and no intervention from teachers.
I remember Mr Andrews, maths teacher, who was quite feared by the boys, as he'd been in the commandos!. His wife also teached there.
My geography teacher was John Simcock, the only teacher I got along with.
