This was my mother's she went to Charlemane School in West Bromwich. It was to commemorate the Silver Jubilee of King George and Queen Mary.
 
Thanks for posting the pics of your Mom's special medals, Moma P. I have never seen any like this. Wonder if any other suburban areas of Brum issued similar medals for this great occasion?
