Marriage look up please.

Thanks to Shera and Mike’s help I’m more convinced a Annie King 1885 (Pencoyd, Ross, Herefordshire) married William John Brookes circa 1903 - 1910 at either Birmingham or Ross way.

If right with loads of help from here a long standing challenge has been resolved; if not it’s at least an avenue I can discount and have learned from.

A possible Annie King (would be aged around 21) married 1905 Apr - June 6d 440 Aston - now how do I get the groom?

When you look a marriage up on FreeBMD if you click the page number for the entry then the other people married there on that page of the register are bought up. If you are very lucky it will be a pair but usually it is many more. But then, like Shera, you can look each name up in the next census

Surname First name(s) District Vol Page
Marriages Jun 1905
Badger Albert George Aston 6d 440
CROSS Albert Aston 6d 440
FOSTER Emma Aston 6d 440
King Annie Aston 6d 440

Incidently, I looked up both in Pilot and couldn't find a match for either. Doesn't look promising...
