Kilkenny Family - 26 Bow Street - Circa 1900

Hi all, my Great Grandfather moved to Birmingham from Ireland, around 1890. Going off records, for a while he lived at 26 Bow Street. This image is from a rate book, dated 1901. The owner of the property was Selina Surman. Not a common name, so just out of interest, I've posted a London Gazette notice of someone with that name, too.Birmingham Rate Book 1901.jpg

The father of this Selina Surman appears to have been a Silvester Surman, listed as a builder. Maybe he built the houses and she inherited them. He left £11000 when he died in 1890.
