Familysearch have been scanning out-of-print books and magazines that provide (free) rich-pickings is you use the Search options :)

For example:
  1. Log into familysearch
  2. Select Books from the menu bar
  3. Type Warwickshire into the Search box and click Search.

The fourth item in the list is Birmingham, Warwickshire, England, Birmingham General Cemetery monumental inscriptions (on Icknield Street, Hockley).
This is a list of transcriptions of many memorials that was copied in 1946
