Have tried on library website with no luck and calls not answered at weekend... Can you still view Kelly's directories without a readers card or do you have to book an appointment to view and order them now? Was going to go today but thought should check. Thanks.

There are several Kelly's directories available on this site,

Just pick your year (or closest) of interest & ask your questions.

No need to visit the Library if you get your info here Ok,, John

ps There are 32 Kelly's spanning 1868 to 1974 so a year inbetween may provide your answers.

Hi John, thanks for your prompt and really helpful reply. I didn't realise it was that simple! My brother is researching where our grandad lodged whilst he was playing for the Villa in the 1920s and the dates he and my grandmother had pubs and the chip shop on Queslett Road in the 1940s so he will be thrilled. Thanks for your help.
