Hi Im trying to trace father inlaw Ernest Henry Jones father's nameJohn.At time of marriage in 1934 lived at 11 Farley Rd Erdington, married Alice Tate. On marriage cert Ernie stated as a Rubber Worker and his dad was a plasterer. Any help would be appreciated.
 
as you can imagine ther are loads of ernest jones on the electoral rolls and many with alices but have found these

1945 and 1950 ernest h jones and alice jones at 224 winson green rd

dont know if these will be yours. did you want to find him before marriage or after?
 
Thanks for your reply, I have been dreading doing this branch of the family,because of the name. I'm pretty sure they lived in Hamstead after marriage so am trying to trace back on Ernie's line before marriage and the address in Farley Rd is all I have to go on except for details on marriage cert. Ernie was born in 1909.
