Be Registered Golby So I Presume They Was,t Married And Now I Am Getting A Little Confused To Whom Was What , Over These Jelfs ,My Grand Father Was His Brother, Ernest , And I Am Being Told That There Father Was A William
Jelf , And According To Your Thread You Have Wonderfuly Acheived For
My Information , That The Jelfs Lived At 39 Charles Henry St
And The Mother Was A Widowower, At The Night Of The 1901 Cenus,
Was Mary Ann Jelf , Now I Have Got Both Wills On Them ,And The Death Certif; For Them Both , And It States That William Jelf Left His Will To
His Beloved Wife And Named Her As Mary Ann Jelf [ Nee Hughes ] In His Will
Now He Was A Very Wealthy Man And He Left His Wife , And His Children ,
And All His Grand Children A Very Wealthy Sum Each With Properties As Well
And He Died In 1935 I Do Have It From London Central That Hwas Involved With The Crown , Mary Ann Jelf Died In 1946 ,
AWealthy Woman, But My Question Is To Asked You Was This Lady , Mary Ann Jelf Married Before This William Jelf, For Her To Be Registered A Widower On That 1901 Cencus I Do Recall My Mother Telling Me That They LIVED In Charles Henry St Years Ago ,But Now I Am QUEERING The Mary Jelf Widower Bit Is It Possible You Could Give Me Any Guideence On This Please I Am Very Intrigue By This Matter You Have Given Me Food For Thought If You Know What I Mean ,Which William , Or Was It A William Whom Was There Genuine Father ? , Barrie I Really Would Lie You If You Could Give Me Some Kind O Direction On This One Many Thanks ASTONIAN ,;;;

many thanks for your informatin on billy jelf and i notice that you say
mary ann jelf was a widdower in 1901 yet george william did not die until sept i5 1935 so was mary ann jelf marrid before him and if so whom to
this part i have had alot of trouble in finding outabout this lady

Hi Astonian,
My family were in Charles Henry st in 1881, so I flicked a few pages to see if I could find something for you........
Strange thing is that the addresses go up to 33 Charles Henry then flip straight to 156...
Maybe someone else can help out with where the other houses went (came) ....?
