Anyone have access to the Absent Voters List 1939-1945, trying to gain information of a James Evans 35 Green Lanes, Wylde Green, have inquired at Birmingham Library and Sutton Library, but no luck, any info much appreciated.
 
I am not sure if it would have been in Birmingham then or part of Warwickshire. I will try to look on 1939 - 45 Birmingham list.

That is what I thought in which case I can't help. I would have expected them to be at Sutton so am at a loss where they will be.
