This was at 82 High Street (now Bristol Road) Bournbrook. There was a disagreement over the interpretation of a dissolved partnership (with William Partidge of Bournbrook) that went to court - newspaper report attached. The photo was probably taken before the court case.
As we see with so many shops of this period, wonderful lamps outside the shop, to illuminate a vast array of items in the shop window. Probably a delivery bike to the right.
