Hodgson William vicar of Aston

I don't know if anyone on here can help my great grandfather was cannon William Hodgson who was vicar of Aston church between 1917\1919 I know that there is a plaque in the church for him I was wondering if anyone had any more information about him or any ideas on how I can get anymore information on him all I have managed to find out is that he died in an accident on Christmas day 1919 and is funeral took lace on December 30th of that year any help would be gratefully received many thanks
