Hince Norman William sutton coldfield area if possible please

Norman William Hince bn 1911 and his wife Ethel

and

Winfred Maud Lucas (nee Hince) bn 1913 and hubby Arthur J Lucas

Both couples it is believed, lived in and around sutton coldfield, an area which is inknown to me, not sure if anyone can help in this area.

The only onther info I have are marriage dates taken from FreeBMD 1934/5 repectivly

Norman Hince, b.1911 to William and Adalin (Adaline?) Hince (married 1 year) in 1911 census at 3 Farewell Place, Highbridge Road, Wylde Green, Sutton. (A bit earlier than you ask for, but...)

That is as far as I can get too.
They are the parents of the 2 Hince's I am looking for, their father William Joseph died at Flanders in 1917, so sadly did not get to see his children grow up.
