I am interested in hearing from anyone researching the name HEMMS in the Birmingham area, at least from 1839. Also, William Hemms born 1837 Worcester. He was a silversmith and had several children, some of whom were in the jewllery trade. William's father was John, born Ebrington, Gloucestershire. William's siblings were Rosina, Walter, Mary Ann, Alfred, John and Sophia.
