Thomas Hatton​

Thomas Hatton was killed on the 24 August 1940 at Back of 117 Welwyndale Road. Thomas was 59 years of age when this happened.

Additional Notes:

Address - 86 Berwood Farm Road, Sutton Coldfield West Midlands Police Records Raid 6 – 24th /25th August 1940 61 High Explosive bombs and 1 Incendiary bomb was dropped, chiefly in the Castle Bromwich , Pype Hayes and Bromford districts. The 1 Incendiary bomb dropped at Yardley and about 6 High Explosive bombs dropped in Acocks Green bordering Hall Green district. A number of High Explosive were of...

there were further children Irene 1921, Kenneth 1924 and Louis 1928

In 1939, Thomas and Providence and family lived at 10 Arthur road Erdington he was listed as being in vencius ARP rescue squad

We had great family gatherings with all of the cousins resulting from the family of Thomas and Providence. I was born in 1947, third child of Rosetta and Colin (Price). Sadly all aunts and uncles are now deceased.
