the book"Birmingham's and Victorian and Edwardian architects" Ed by Phillada Ballard devotes 16 pages to the firm. I had not heard of him either, though the items that stood out form me are the Bournville Arlmshouses, the Methodist Hall and all the electrical contracts. He must have had a friend in the electricity industry
