Handsworth College - Use by Womens Royal Air Force during World War 1

Hi I',ve been trawling through a selection of Women's Royal Air Force Records to try and identify people who were at an Royal Flying Corps/Royal Air Force Station at Brockworth - quite a number of records I have seen show women posted to Handsworth College, which if I've understood its use was as a Methodist college for training/educating ministers. Does anyone know what training it offered to women joining the Women's Royal Air Force?

I've attached an example of a record for a woman recruit, Dorathy Adlam.

The wikipedia entry for the WRAF mentions the college as a "Depot" https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Women's_Royal_Air_Force

Much appreciated for any help you are able to provide.
