Hack Family

Hack

New Member
Good Morning,
i after a bit of help with regards to the Hack Family, they moved to brum in about 1877 and are still around the area.

i have been given a few address's but most seen to have gone now,

Belgian Place, Park Crescent, Aston, Birmingham
15 Spring Street, Birmingham
28 Sun Street, Edgbaston, Birmingham

i know albert hack was a coffin maker ! This was a large family and im hoping to find any information on them.

One area i would love to hear about was my granfather Edward Herbert Hack walking out on my Granmother Anna Martellini. He married her in italy and brought her back to the uk. They had 3 kids together before disapearing. This story was quite big at the time and i have been told it was in all the local papers.

at the time they were at Orcheston Close.

Thank you all

Hi Hack and welcome to the site.
Do you have any indication of the years these people were around, would make it a bit easier to look for, there are quite a few Hacks around.
Sue

Your grandfather Edward Herbert Hack was born on 2nd november 1921 and he died in 2004 in Hastings ,Sussex.
He was the son of Albert A Hack and Jennie Evans.
At some time he and Anna must have been divorced because they both appear to have remarried in the 60s, he married in 1966 Hastings,
I have messaged you more info as his wife appears to be living.
