This picture is from the Historic England site. It was made a listed building in 1982. More info on the Forum under Union Mills. The sign on the left of the building is said to read Clayton Brass Founders - can't trace any info about them.
Clayton Brassfounders are listed as one of the four occupants of the building in Kellys from the 1962 edition till the last one in 1974. No one is listed there in 1961
