Great Russell Street?

I recently received a Death Certificate for an ancestor whom I believed died in the Birmingham Workhouse in 1880. However, the address given was '? Melbourne Place, Great Russell Street' in Birmingham. Was this address in any way connected to the Birmingham Workhouse at that time?
