These are the best i could find for births --

Edwin Charles Grattan 3rd qtr 1850 Birmingham 16 316

Elizabeth Jane Grattan 1st qtr 1852 Birmingham 6d 103

I also found this one but will need checking for a death before 1851 as she does not appear on the census with them --

Harriett Gratton 1st qtr 1849 Birmingham 16 299

I have looked for a death of Harriett and didn't find one so at this point have to assume this is another family she belongs to.

You are going to have to be careful with this name as i note there is in fact two families/lines, one with an A and one with an O. With some of the handwriting it is hard to tell the a's from the o's plus it just got mis-spelt by the person recording the information and then we have the usual, it gets mistranscribed, all the usual LOL.
