Goats Head pub Walsall

Hopefully someone on this thread can help.

Around 1840, my great great great grandfather, Charles Holland, was the 'Licensed Victualler' of the Goats Head Public House at 30 Newhall Street, Caldmore, Walsall, as it was then.

It would be very interesting either be able to pinpoint exactly where this was, or to find out any information on his tenure. Years ago I was searching and I am sure I found something which stated that he had died, or possibly been killed, in the pub, in 1850, but when I look now, I come up with a blank. Any ideas?

There is a death registered 1850 Walsall for a Charles Holland (aged 57) who appears to have been living on Newhall St in 1841 and his widow (Jane) is listed as a Victualler on Newhall St in 1851 and as a Victualler's Widow on Newhall St in 1861.

His death is mentioned in the Bham Journal and the Wolverhampton Chronicle, died suddenly May 15th or 16th.
