Hi Everyone, I was wondering if anyone had a photo of Glovers Rd - before re-development.
My Great Grandparents lived at no 55. I have a hazey memory ( I would have been about 8) when on a trip to Brum my Dad stopped the car outside this house and said that it was his granddad's house.
I think there were a few steps up from a metal railing gate, a tiny front garden on either side. It had a double bay and at the top of the steps it was tiled before you got to the front door. I had the impression of the house being quite dark and forbidding - just a child's impression!
It would be nice to see if my memory was accurate.
