I've got some Terrys in my tree, Sarah Terry married my Gt Gt Grandfather Thomas Gibson.

I have their marriage certficate dated 19th October 1857, looks like St Pauls Church in the parish of Kings Norton.
Sarah was 19 at the time and obviously couldn't write as she's signed with a cross.

I think one of the witnesses was her sister Ann.
Their (bride and groom) home addresses are given as Balsall Heath.

Sarah's father, David Terry a coach harness maker.

A link maybe? E.

Hi Eric

I haven't come across a Sarah Terry yet. Thanks anyway and I will make a note of your info for future reference. My Terrys all seem to be in the Aston area, mostly having occupations in brass working (founder, polisher.)

cheers

Suzanne
