george h smith married harriet e shenton
they had leonard george smith born 02/05/1908 (my grandad)
can anyone help me find george h smith in the census, it was before leonard was born and in 1901 harriet was still a shenton living with her parents so i dont know how to know if i have the right george smith (needle in haystack) i ?think? he may have worked at smethwick forge
any ideas welcome

George Henry Smith marriage to Harriet Elizabeth Shenton 3rd quarter 1907 Aston vol 6d page 399.
Harriet Elizabeth Shenton birth registered 2nd quarter 1881 vol 6d page 124.
Get a copy of the marriage certificate, that will give George's age and father's name and therefore narrow down the choice.('cos there are dozens of George Henry Smiths!)
