Gazetteer of British Place Names

After confusing myself and everyone else that tried to help me in a search I now have a 13 page document ( and it's small writing!) called the Gazetteer of British Place Names.

It shows all the places that have changed counties over the years...well..Places in England and Wales which lay in a registration county of a different name to their historic county in the 1851 census..

So if I can help anyone let me know
